THE DIAGNOSIS

THE WORK

Full access. Thorough cleaning. Verified operation.

BLU removed the cabinet panels to reach the complete coil, applied a non-microbial coil cleaner and thoroughly rinsed away embedded debris with pressurized water. After reassembly, the system was restarted and proper cooling was verified.

Why this matters

Restricted airflow reduces heat rejection and cooling capacity. It can also increase operating pressures, electrical demand, run time and strain on the compressor and condenser fan motor.
